Overview

Spiti valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the north-eastern part of Himachal Pradesh.
The name “Spiti” means “The middle land”, i.e. the land between Tibet and India. Spiti valley bike trip is one of the most
adventurous journeys that one should take. Spiti valley is one of the least populated regions of India; Motorbike trips in
Spiti Valley offers to explore some of the beautiful Terrain of the Himalayas. Mountains in the Spiti valley route from
Manali are full of lush green forests, barren hills, off-road and snow-capped mountains. During this “ Spiti bike trip” you
will be exploring some of the oldest monasteries like Key Gompa and Dhankar monastery, the last Indian village “Chitkul”,
the famous Hindustan – Tibet highway, Worlds highest post office at Hikkim Village, Highest village in the world connected
by road at Komic village and world-famous Chandratal lake.

Itinerary

Upon arrival at New Delhi, we will provide you with the pickup point from where we will start our Bus Journey to Manali. Our crew member will help you to get into the bus. Get ready for the long overnight journey from Delhi to Manali. It’s a 530Kms distance which may take 13-15 hours to reach Manali.

On the 2nd day of the Spiti Valley Bike Trip, you will need to reach the hotel by yourself, we will provide the details before the tour starts. After lunch, we will start registration process, documentation, Bike & riding gears scrutiny. Evening we will have a briefing session followed by dinner. Dinner only.

Following a delicious breakfast, our group embarks on a leisurely exploration of the enchanting Kullu Valley. Once your luggage is safely stowed in the backup vehicle, please gather in the parking area. Our journey begins along the picturesque Beas River, guiding us through the heart of Kullu. After crossing Bhuntar, a mysterious dark tunnel reveals the captivating Beas-Sainj confluence. The adventure continues as we navigate narrow mountain roads leading to Jibhi, a hidden gem nestled within a mesmerizing valley. Traverse the winding paths and witness the Beas River transforming into crystalline clarity as you meander through a dense pine tree jungle. Immerse yourself in the untouched beauty of this unspoiled mountain haven, away from the hustle and bustle of commercialization. Our day concludes with an overnight stay in the serene surroundings of Jibhi. Breakfast & Dinner Included

Wake up early for a refreshing trek to a nearby river. After breakfast, set out for Kinnaur Valley through the exhilarating Jalori Pass. Explore ancient mud, wood, and stone houses, witness mysterious waterfalls, and navigate a thrilling cliffhanger road. Capture memories at the Kinnaur Rock gate and the picturesque arch bridge near Tranda. Admire the sunset as you climb narrow roads, experiencing the warm hospitality of old village inhabitants. Rest for the night in Sangla Valley amidst enchanting apple orchards. Breakfast & Dinner Included

After a hearty breakfast, we venture towards the Indo-Chinese border village, surrounded by majestic white mountains. Admire the blue waters of the Baspa River near Raksham village and experience the thrill of cliffhanger roads in the Spiti Adventure. Pause in Chitkul for a scenic coffee break by the river before tackling the daring narrow roads to Raksham bridge. Return to the Baspa-Sutlej confluence, catch the national highway to Kalpa, and enjoy the sunset at Suicide Point with a stunning view of Kinnar-Kailash. Rest for the night in Kalpa. Following breakfast, we'll ride to the Spiti Valley headquarters. The roads to Pooh are smooth, resembling a warm sunrise. Beware of rolling stones on the mountain descent. Enjoy the winding roads with stunning views, reaching Khab for a breathtaking sight of the Sutlej and Spiti rivers merging. Grab a quick bite at Nako top before tackling a dirt trail along the Spiti river, culminating in relaxation under the stars in Nako town with the soothing sounds of the river. Explore Tabo, a historic religious town with ancient monasteries over 1000 years old. Visit Dhankar monastery, said to be situated in the Lotus of Buddha. If time allows, journey to Mud Village for stunning views of Pin Valley National Park. Overnight in Kaza, where you can stroll through old town and indulge in local delights like buckthorn drink and Thiang Mo at homestay cafes. Breakfast & Dinner Included

Embark on an early start for a day filled with extraordinary experiences. Begin by visiting the world's highest post office in Hikkim and send a postcard to your loved ones, anticipating its arrival in the next three months. Next, explore the highest village accessible by a motorable road - Komic at an elevation of 15,027 ft. Move on to Langza to meet Buddha, enjoying the mesmerizing valley views. Don't miss the chance to savor ginger lemon tea with almonds and apricot at a nearby cafe. As the day winds down, make your way to the Key Monastery, absorbing the spiritual ambiance with the soothing prayer hymns. Conclude the day with an overnight stay in Kaza. Gear up for an exhilarating ride towards the enchanting Moon Lake. Our journey will lead us to one of the world's highest suspension bridges at 4150 m in Chichcam – not just a marvel on Instagram but also awe-inspiring with its 150m deep gorge (imagine a stone taking 16 seconds to touch the water). Traverse one of the most scenic routes via Kibber wildlife sanctuary, enjoying a refreshing tea break at the last tea point. The trail offers a mix of dirt paths, high cliffs, water crossings, sharp turns, and blind spots. Day 9: Kaza to Chandra Tal Pause for a moment to seek blessings at the Kunzum Mata temple atop Kunzum Pass, standing proudly at 14,931 ft. Descend towards Chandratal on a narrow road suitable for just one car. Park your wheels at the last motorable point and embark on a trek to witness the mesmerizing time-lapse at The Moon Lake. Conclude the day by riding to the campsite, where you'll embrace the coldest night with a heartwarming supper. Breakfast & Dinner Included

Post a captivating sunrise and a hearty breakfast, we prepare to depart for Manali. Navigate the same 'just one vehicle road' until merging with the Manali-Kaza highway. Refuel with a satisfying meal at Chacha-Chachi Dhaba before delving into offroad paradise. Embark on a journey along roads adorned with big boulders and river stones, navigating the bumpiest paths with delightful surprises until reaching Chhatru. Traverse a few mountains and the impressive 9 km-long Atal tunnel before arriving in Manali. Cherish the moments of the trip over dinner at the hotel, settling in for an overnight stay in Manali. Following a hearty breakfast, it's time to part ways with our riding companions, each of us carrying away a trove of unforgettable memories. From strangers to a cohesive team, we've forged bonds of camaraderie on this journey. As this trip concludes, it's not a goodbye but a "see you soon" on the next ride. Until we meet again, keep the spirit of the open road alive.

Cost Include

  • Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle with fuel for the entire trip as per the itinerary (Bikes will not be provided for personal use during the tour)
  • Accommodation on Double sharing basis (Hotels/Camps/Guest House)

  • A backup vehicle for Luggage (One Rucksack & Small backpack per person is permitted. NO trolly bags/suitcase is allowed)
  • Helmets for Rider & Pillion, Riding gloves for Rider, Knee & elbow guard for both Rider & Pillion (All the gears are used ones, we recommend each rider to carry their own riding gears)
  • Portable oxygen cylinders during the entire tour & First aid Kit
  • Inner line permits and Restricted area permit for Ladakh region

  • Any extra cost arising due to weather condition, local disturbance, etc, the client has to pay the cost of extra days on the spot
