LEH0007 : UMLING LA MOTOR CYCLE TOUR MANALI – LEH – SRINAGAR

Upon arrival at New Delhi, we will provide you with the pickup point from where we will start our Bus Journey to Manali. Our crew member will help you to get into the bus. Get ready for the long overnight journey from Delhi to Manali. It’s a 530Kms distance which may take 13-15 hours to reach Manali.

On the 2nd day of the Leh Ladakh Bike Trip, you will need to reach the hotel by yourself, we will provide the details before the tour starts. After lunch, we will start registration process, documentation, Bike & riding gears scrutiny. Evening we will have a briefing session followed by dinner. Dinner only

Today you will be riding for the first time on Leh Ladakh Bike trip, soon after the breakfast, we will saddle up for one of the most Adventurous Motorcycle Tours in the world. We will ride out of the Manali town and reach Solang valley road at Dundhi village, it’s the starting point of “Atal Tunnel” which is the world's longest high-altitude road tunnel at the height of 3000Mtrs above sea level, a total distance of the tunnel is about 9Kms, after that, we will reach Telling village which is the other side of the tunnel on Manali-Leh highway. Today we will cross Baralacha Pass before reaching Sarchu; Baralacha pass is at the height of 4890Mtrs ASL. Sarchu is at the height of 14000ft and oxygen level is always differing from low altitude areas. Breakfast & Dinner Included

After breakfast, we will start our further journey towards Leh Ladakh, we will cross Gata Loops and reach Naki La mountain pass to begin with. Most of the terrains are mix with good and bad roads, so one needs to be extra careful while riding on these mountains. We will also be crossing Lachungla mountain pass and Tanglang La pass, which is the 2nd highest mountain pass in the World. By evening we will reach Leh. Breakfast & Dinner Included

Today we will start our journey towards Nubra valley, Nubra valley is a coldest desert situated at the height of 10000ft asl in Himalayas. Before reaching we will cross Khardungla pass at the height of 5380Mtrs, which is the worlds highest motorable road. We will also visit Diskit gompa and Hunder sand dunes, where you can do double hump camel safari. By evening we will reach the camp in Nubra valley. Breakfast & Dinner Included

After breakfast we will start our journey towards world famous Pangong lake at the height of 14000Ft asl, we will be taking Nubra – Shoyk valley route, the entire roads are very tricky with sudden twists and turns with multiple water crossings. We will reach Pangong lake by evening, rest of the day you can spend time near the lake. Breakfast & Dinner Included

After breakfast we will start riding towards Hanle. Hanle is a large historic village in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. It is the site of the 17th century Hanle Monastery of the Drukpa Kagyu branch of Tibetan Buddhism. Hanle is located in the Hanle River valley on an old branch of the ancient Ladakh–Tibet trade route. Most of the roads will be off road and one will enjoy the adventure in the Himalayas. By evening we will reach Hanle and stay in a Homestay in a dormitory. Breakfast & Dinner Included

After early breakfast we will start our ride towards Umling La pass. Umling La Pass is located at a distance of 100 kilometres from Hanle; in the direction of the village of Demchok; in Changthang Valley of Ladakh region. Most of the roads for today will be completely off road with High altitude terrains. We will be riding for more than 2 hours in 15000 Ft Above sea level, we will reach Umling pass by noon, after spending some time there and we will ride back on the same route to reach Hanle. By evening we will reach Hanle and stay at a Homestay in a Dormitory. Breakfast & Dinner Included

After exploring some of the rugged terrains of Himalayas, we will start our return journey towards Leh city. It will be the longest ride of the trip and we will start little early , we will be crossing multiple villages enroute in the Changthang valley. We will reach Leh by evening. After exploring one of the magnificent creations of God, we will start our return journey towards Kargil. Most of the roads are tarmac with beautiful villages on both the sides of the road. We will explore Moon landscape in Lamayuru, also we will cross Naki La mountain pass and Fotu La pass, Fotu la pass in the highest point in Srinagar – Leh highway. By evening we will reach Kargil. Enroute we will also visit Pathar sahab gurudwara, Indus & Zanskar Confluence and Magnetic Hill. Breakfast & Dinner Included

Today will be the last day of the trip, and we will start our final journey towards Srinagar. We will visit Drass, Kargil war memorial, Zoji La pass and Sonamarg before reaching Srinagar, by evening we will reach Srinagar and end of the trip. Breakfast & Dinner Included
